Prizes in, prizes out

Today I received my OWOH prize from Pamela Rice at quilts n more.
Even the back of the postcard is fabric. I love it. I'm trying to decide whether to lean it casually on my mantlepiece, or whether to put it in a clear frame so that both sides show. Thank you so much Pamela.
Also this afternoon I drew the names for my 100th Post Giveaway and the winner is PEA. It's all packed and ready to go, so I'll mail it as soon as I have an address.
It's been a pretty horrible day weatherwise here today, with gale force winds and rain. We've had three electricity cuts, and one was for more than 3 hours. It was starting to get so cold in the house I thought I might have to build a log fire in the fireplace! It's back on again for now, so hopefully it'll manage to stay on.

Dear Dabrah, I'm still smiling from ear to ear having just found out that my name was picked for your giveaway:-) Thank you so very much!! Such a beautiful fabric postcard you received...isn't it amazing all the talent in blogland? I do hope your weather settles down soon...it's been sunny here but very frigid, this morning when I got up it was -28c!! Spring seems to be a long way away! xox

Good Afternoon Dabrah,
I love the Post Card you won in the OWOH Giveaway. It is so beautiful. I am just in awe at how talented some of these ladies are. "CONGRATULATION'S" to Pea for winning your 100th Post Giveaway. I know she is going to be tickled pink to receive it and I can't wait till she gets it and shows it to us. I hope the winds and rain settle down soon for you. You may remember me telling about some High Winds we had hear back earlier last month and we were without power for 11 hours. It was cold that night as well and I finally turned my Gas Cook Stove and Burners on for a while. I would get that Fireplace ready to just in case. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

We had gales here too and were without electricity for hours, so I know how you felt.

Put in a frame so that you can see both sides. It looks lovely.
