Funny kids, Mothering Sunday and Coffee Mugs

Last Sunday was Mothering Sunday, or Mothers day, in the UK, and my kids all came home bearing cards and gifts. Here are a couple of coffee mugs they gave me...

Hmm....I wonder if I should be reviewing my parenting skills.

Dear Dabs,
Hi it's me! No I don't think you need to look at your parenting skills at all! I think that you should pass them on! It's obvious that your kids love you to bits and appreciate a Mum who's full of fun.
Visit soon.
David.

Good Morning Dabrah,
I love the coffee mugs your children got you for Mother's Day. I really like the one about child-proofing the house. LOL. "THANK YOU" for sharing your gifts with us. We didn't get to move yesterday at all. The Snowplows cleared the main highways, but the side streets still had some snow on them especially in shaded areas. We didn't want to take a chance at anything falling off the trailer. My DH called our Landlord and told him and said we would move this coming weekend. I just hope the weather co-operates. LOL. Most of our Snow melted yesterday afternoon. There is still a bit outside this morning but it will all melt away as the day goes by because the temperatures are to be up near 50 degrees. By mid-week we are to be in the 60's. I put up some pictures of the girls out in the Snow yesterday. They can't be enlarged tho because I don't know how to fix it. LOL. I took the first picture and my DH took the rest. He hogged the camera most of the day yesterday. Take care my friend and have a great evening. I hope you get some measureable Snow soon as well. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

My daughter gave me a t-shirt one year that said, 'Away with the fairies,' on it.

Thanks for dropping by my blog. The original butter softener was made by John Hunt & Co.
