.... and he smells so nice.
Hooli got a visit from the lady in the Mobile Dog Grooming van today.
As you can see from this first picture, he was a muddy mess by the end of our walk earlier on this morning. He'd been smelling pretty ripe for a while, and no matter how much I wiped him down and brushed his coat, he was still dropping hair all over the house and there were underlying matted areas in his coat that I just couldn't cope with.
He disappeared into the van for about an hour, and then came out looking like this:
I reckon he scrubbed up quite well.

Look at his ruff, where it was beige it is now white! Good job Mum great idea! Maybe I will save myself some trouble in the future and have the mobile dog groomer do it! :)
A mobile dog groomer? What service. Looks great, but what will he (or she) look like after tomorrow's walkie?
Hooli is so beautiful, and now he's ready for another walk. :)
I would like to keep him in the house so he never gets muddy and dirty again. It is really cold tonight, and there's frost on the grass, so maybe tomorrow the ground will be frozen and he won't get muddy during our walk.
Hey Dee...Just thought I'd pop back over to let you know that Jules, of Rosie Bakes a Peace of Cake blog passed away about a year ago...I visited her blog and saw you had left a comment...So sad.
She was a Sweet lady and is really missed....

Hooli loves to run through the fields... and the mud, it keeps him fit and young. The excitement is the top of the day. :-)
