Scented breeze

The village smells lovely today. I can't exactly identify the scents, but I would guess at blossoms and wildflowers and green growing things. Every now and then there's a change in the wind and it carries a hint of woodsmoke. It isn't a sunny day, but it's light and it's breezy. Really nice if you're out walking.

I love this time of the year, since so many trees are blooming, and like you said, the scent are just wonderful!

Everything is blooming in my part of the world too. My lilac bush is about to burst into flowers and I can't wait. The smell is heavenly!

Hi
Fascinating blog. Milton Keynes is a strange place. Your village pictures etc are more intersting.

My lilac is just starting to show some signs of blooming.... but even though it smells so good, my mother always said it was unlucky to bring lilac indoors and would never have it in the house.
